Green expo and hub day in Pukekohe – Sat 14th May

Come along and join us at the green expo in Pukekohe on Sat 14 May. It’s from 10.00 a.m. – 3.00 p.m. at  St Andrew’s Anglican church, 43 Queen Street, Pukekohe. After all, what could be greener than getting rid of invasive pests that chomp our birds?

We’ll have our usual free pest control materials and some expert advice on how to get rid of rats before they settle in your house for the winter. Come along if you need any of these:

• Rat or possum bait.
• Rat traps or Possum traps
• Pied Piper rat bait stations or Philproof possum/rat bait stations
• Lures for attracting possums and rodents into traps.

There will be lots of other groups and activities there too, including: Compost Collective, Paul Murray from Para Kore doing a presentation, Waiuku Zero waste doing a kids junk play, a workshop for making planter boxes, and St Andrews Church peeps doing a cooking demo.  We can’t wait!
