To Members and Friends of the Whakaupoko West Franklin Landcare Group

You are receiving this email to advise that we are holding our AGM on Monday evening, 7.00 pm, 13 October 2025. At the St Brides Church Hall, Findlay Rd.

You are welcome to attend, and we look forward to seeing you there.

We will be voting on the constitution before the AGM.  This will bring Whakaupoko in line with the new Charities Act.

At this stage, we have not scheduled a guest speaker, but it will be good to have a catch-up.

Please note any questions on the 2024-2025 Financial Statements are to be with Cameron Smith by 6 October 2025.  Email  cameronsmith547@gmail.com so that an answer can be found.  Questions will be tabled at the AGM.
