At this time of the year, the garden may be dormant but gardening ideas are sprouting like weeds, and now one has bourne fruit – so – Whakaupoko Landcare is hosting an informal get-together of new gardening friends, and you are invited to be one of them!

or simply want to share ideas about plants and gardening with others
– this may be the group for you –
Everyone is invited to come along to this first meeting and bring your ideas
Feel free to bring along a plant for ID or a garden/plant related question
Bring yourself & a friend or two and enough $ for a cup of tea or coffee. Food will be provided
Fiona MacDonald will profile a couple of plants and give a brief talk about gardening and we can discuss venues and format for future get-togethers
You buy your beverage of choice, and we will provide the nibbles and some food for thought!!
