Tree planting at Mauku this Friday afternoon- August 13th

Another Friday planting

We are back at St Brides this Friday, August 13th from 3.00 – 5.00pm. Not too many trees to plant but we’d love to have a good turnout if possible as this will be one of the last planting days for the season.

Meet up on Findlay Rd, Mauku, just along from the church. Entry into the planting area is via the path next to the bridge over the Mauku Stream. Please bring your favourite spade and solid footwear.

A big thanks to all those that have been helping at planting sessions in the last few weeks. We have been averaging around 500 trees in the ground each time so we’re doing our bit to walk the walk on climate change.
